Inside Story of the Winners of iAniMagic2015: Part III – Alejandro Garcia, A Companion in the Fast Paced Animation Industry

In response to all the great feedback received from you, we wanted to add something a little different to the final edition of the inside story. There will be 3 questions at the end of this article, regarding the stories of each winner. Send us your answers to: pr@kdanmobile.com before April 30, 2016 and receive a special gift from the Animation Desk Team.

Only users who provide answers to all three questions will be qualified for the special gift. 


Daz Yang and Bermudy Chen, the winners introduced in our previous Inside Stories, shared the importance of creating storyboards for animation projects, and recommended some great features in Animation Desk, such as the advanced onion skin and frame manager.  Alejandro Garcia, the winner of iAniMagic2015, is taking us deeper into an animator’s inside world and sharing his experiences in designing video and animation projects.

Inside Story of the Winners of iAniMagic2015 Part II: Bermudy Chen, Animation Desk in Filmmaking

In our first inside story of #iAniMagic2015, Daz Yang discussed how storyboard[feature] assisted her in conceptualizing her ideas, and shared some handy tips on the making of animation projects. We have since been overwhelmed by the positive feedback from you; it is incredible to know that Animation Desk has gathered a solid group of followers that inspire us to keep pushing it forward.

“The Super Coffee” by Bermudy, stood out among the others, and won the 2nd place during iAniMagic2015 contest.

In this edition, we have the first runner-up of iAniMagic2015, Bermudy Chen, talk about how Animation Desk streamlines his workflow in filmmaking and animation creation.

Inside Story of the Winners of iAniMagic2015 – Daz Yang

We have witnessed numerous creative animators participating in #iAniMagic2015 this year. Professional animators, amateurs, and people who are simply interested in hand-drawn animations have brought very exciting pieces to the competition.

Daz’s participating project “Party Time” caught the eyes of the judges and Animation Desk team, and won the 3rd place during iAniMagic2015 contest.

Today, the Animation Desk team is honored to invite a longtime user Daz Yang, from Kaohsiung, Taiwan,
to share her journey of creation with us. Daz has been working in the art industry for several years and has been producing her own animations. We would like to thank all of the participants of The Living Light Box competition. It has been another successful year for iAniMagic and it is a delight seeing all of the inspiring, creative, fun submissions from creators around the world. The Living Light Box has now come to an end. The annual iAnimagic contest is now considered a must-attend event by many, yet we were able to draw countless new faces to take part this year as well.
