Why can't I rename a file?
It is normal if you cannot rename files within the "Inbox" folder, since it was embedded by Apple itself (and not created by us). If you want to rename the file, please move it from "Inbox" to other folder.

Why can't I access my files through Wi-Fi connection?
While you transfer files through WiFi, please make sure your Device's screen remains at the WiFi page(as the image below):
Why can't I apply the Text-to-Speech feature to my PDFs?
The text-to-Speech feature can be applied to PDFs to reads the content out loud for the users. It's probably because your PDF file was converted from images and it did not include any text. To make sure if your PDF files was generated from images, please tap the Text Reflow feature at the lower right menu. If your file is presented in blank pages, it means there's no text in this file.

Why can't I find PDF Connoisseur on the open-in app list?
PDF Connoisseur dose support the open-in feature.
Unfortunately Apple's device has a limitation on the app number displayed on the open-in list and we are not allowed to change its order.
We suggest you delete some of the existing apps equipped the open-in feature to get PDF Connoisseur available on the open-in list.

Why can't I see anything when I access to the text reflow feature?
The text reflow feature can automatically detect text within a PDF file and display the content in text form. Your PDF file was probably converted from images and this kind of PDF doesn't include text at all.
What can I do if I forget the password of my private folder?
Please tell our Customer Service Department about your issue at appservice@kdanmobile.com and we will help you with what you've encountered ASAP.
Why can't I see what I filled in on the form?
It's probably because the PDF form's format cannot be properly recognized by the viewing engine. We suggest you send us the file to our Customer Service Department at appservice@kdanmobile.com and we will test the file for you.
Why can't I Airprint?
Not every the printers support air print.
