How to add sound effects to my animations?
- Connect your device to your PC/MAC with USB and open iTunes.
- 1. Find your device at the left column.
- 2. Go to the "App" page.
- 3. Find Animation Desk on the app list.
- 4. Click "Add…" and select the sound effects you want to import from your PC/MAC to Animation Desk (Attention: .WAV supported only).
- 5. After importing sound effects to your device, please go to the frame manager in Animation Desk.
- 6. Tap the Sound button.
- 7. You can see the .wav files you just imported. You can tap to play a single .wav file or tap OK to import it to your animation.
- The .wav file you select will be added to your animation. You can shorten or move it by dragging it with your finger.
- Attention:
- Due to hardware limitation, the playback speed of your animation has to be 1/2X only.
- If you switch the playback speed, all the sound effects will automatically be muted.
How to transfer animations between different iDevice?
- 1. Go to the File Manager section.
- 2. Select the file(s) you want to transfer to another iDevice.
- 3. Tap "Another iDevice" at the lower left column.
- 4. You will see a pop-up message. Tap "OK" and the file you select will be compressed to a animation package.
- 5. The animation package will be saved under the Package Manager.
- 6. Select the package you want to transfer by checking the box.
- 7. Tap the instruction icon to learn how to continue the package transfer.
How to export my animations as PDFs?
- 1. Go to the File Manager section.
- 2. Select the file(s) you want to export as PDFs.
- 3. Tap "PDF file" at the lower left column.
- 4. Select the layout you need and tap OK.
- 5. The exported PDF file will be saved under the Package Manager.
- 6. Tap "Open" to check your animation with the built-in PDF viewer.
How to transfer exported PDFs to my PC/MAC?
- Connect your device to your PC/MAC with USB and open iTunes.
- 1. Find your device at the left column.
- 2. Go to the "App" page.
- 3. Find Animation Desk on the app list.
- 4. Find the PDFs you want to transfer to your PC/Mac and click "Save to…". The PDFs you select will be saved to the folder you select in your PC/MAC.
How to copy patterns from other items using Stamp Tool?
- 1. Tap to use the Stamp Tool
- 2. You can choose to import images from Photo Library or draw it yourself.
- 3. E.g. Select an image from Photo Library and adjust the frame size to your liking.
- 4. Tap "Rubbing" at the bottom of the frame.
- 5. Select a brush and begin to copy the pattern of the image.
- 6. The pattern will be printed on the screen.
How to add a background to my animation?
- 1. Go to the File Manager section and select the file you want to add a background.
- 2. Tap "Background" at the menu.
- 3. Select the background you need.
- 4. Go back to your animation.
- 5. The background will be added.
What is Anizone?
- Anizone is an exclusive community for Animation Desk's users. You can log in with your YouTube account to see and gather masterpieces from other animators to your collection.
- 1. Go to the File Manager section and tap "Anizone" at the menu.
- 2. Log in with your YouTube account.
- 3. You can find your ID and your own animation works at the upper column.
- 4. If you want to check your collection, tap "My Collection".
- 5. Play an animation
- 6. Add an animation to your collection
- 7. "Like" an animation
- 8. "Dislike" an animation
- 9. Comment on an animation
I can't login my YouTube account.
- 1. Login your YouTube account and click on your account at the upper right corner.
- 2. Go to YouTube settings.
- 3. Click "Create a Channel"
- 4. Now YouTube has been integrated with Google+ and here you will see your username displayed as your Google+ ID. You can click "OK. I'm ready to continue" when you are done.
- 5. Click on your account again.
- 6. Click "Revert to username".
- 7. Here you can create your exclusive YouTube username. This username also refers to the name of your YouTube channel.
- 8. Congrats! Your YouTube username is now created. You can use it to login to AniZone in Animation Desk.
